Patti and Danny Wilborn of Gadsden, Alabama chose Marshall Medical Center South for the birth of their daughter. “We’re so happy we did. Our doctor and the nurses were so warm, caring and professional,” they stated. “We felt very safe in their hands.” The Wilborns delivered their first baby at MMCS prior to the construction of the new Women’s Center, and they appreciated the comfort, spaciousness and privacy - as well as the updated security features - in the new facility. Additionally, they commented that it was very special to them to have accommodations where it was convenient for their family to visit. They also praised how attentive the staff was to their needs. Mrs. Wilborn stated, “There was always someone available if I needed help with breastfeeding.” Both of the Wilborns are teachers, and they said they would give the Women’s Center an A+! “Having a baby is one of life’s most important milestones, and this was an experience we can look back on with such good memories.”
