Dear Marshall Medical Centers,
You may not remember me, but I will always remember you. You were there for me when I delivered my son five years ago in a way I never could have expected. Recently, when I discovered I was expecting another blessing, I knew I could turn to you for the same care and support.
When I arrived at Marshall North, it was comforting to see so many of the same staff who helped with the birth of my son there to assist me with the birth of my daughter. Seeing those familiar faces truly made me feel like more than just a patient – like I was part of their family. Doctor David Billue and his staff were equally as amazing and truly went above and beyond the call of duty throughout my very difficult pregnancy.
After two months of bed rest, a possible miscarriage and several paranoid trips to my doctor’s office, all I wanted was a private room with a wonderful staff – and Marshall Medical Centers “delivered!” Your friendly, comfortable environment and genuine, kind and caring staff turned a very scary time for me and my family into a precious experience.
So, thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving me the gift every mom-to-be should receive: a wonderful place filled with amazing, caring people. I couldn’t have done it without you.
Yours truly,
Carleen Fierce, Baby Oakleigh Jo and family.
PS: I can’t wait for next time.
