After many years of fertility treatments, David and I didn’t think that we could have a baby. In 2004 we became pregnant with triplet boys, but tragically lost all three due to premature birth. After such a heartbreaking experience, we decided that adoption would be the next step we would take. ECM was a huge help in completing our home study with the well baby classes, CPR and choking class. We would highly recommend these to all parents. Neysa Brown is an excellent instructor and was very kind and empathic to our experience. Our journey for a baby took a huge turn last year. I began having some pain and knew from past experiences I needed to see Dr. Woodford. After a few tests, he discovered I was around 17 weeks pregnant! David and I were shocked, ecstatic and a little scared. On July 22, 2008, the Lord blessed us with a miracle baby girl, Emmie Beth. Because of my medical history, the quality of care that I received was very important to us. We chose ECM for the wonderful care I received in the past and knew this experience would be no different. We loved the nurses and the nursery in the Women’s Pavilion. They always answered all our questions and were very helpful to us as new parents. The suite was very nice and accommodated our entire family and friends comfortably. We have always felt like family at ECM and you will too!
